Work Experience

Emma Scott Presents…
“Emma Scott Presents…” is a weekly event held at the O2 Academy Birmingham where local rock bands are showcased to the public and industry experts. My role in the company is to take pictures whilst the bands are playing. I also take on the role to make sure the timing of the sets are correct and that the bands are organised backstage.

B-Town & Beyond
I currently act as the official band photographer for the event “B-Town and Beyond Presents…” which takes place at the end of every month at The Bull’s Head pub in Mosley. My images are uploaded to my Flickr profile and are then used to promote future events produced by B-Town & Beyond, and also for the bands to use on their Facebook pages and official websites.

Waxx Underwear
In May 2012 I was approached my Waxx Underwear to shoot a collection of images featuring professional Mogul Skier Jack Smith modelling several of their products, my images were featured in the summer 2012 edition of the Waxx Underwear catalogue

TTMOOTV Theatre and Film Company
In April 2012 I shot promotional images for TTMOOTV, a small Theatre and Film company based in the North-East of England. My images appeared on their Facebook page, and later in the program which was available to persons who attended a showing of their performance “Journos” at the prestigious Edinborough Fringe Festival. I have since been contacted by the company owner and asked to shoot for them again as the images I provided for them were outstading.

@Ivy’s Cafe
After working as a barista for a year I was approached by the owner of @Ivy’s Café and asked if I would be available to take images of the food available on the menu at the establishment. I was given the responsibility of ensuring that the food met the highest standards before taking any images, the images I submitted were then used as examples on the food menu’s throughout the café. Because of the success of this I was then given the task of shooting the food available on the companies outside catering menu, again my images were used to show examples of the food platters which customers could choose from.
