“Kyle worked with me for three days and proved to be a useful and diligent student. He assisted in trial video shoots that will become a mainstay of our business in the next year or so and featured in one of the clips himself. Kyle also demonstrated skill in the use of video editing software taking one raw video clip and converting it into a finished product for a live client. He introduced fade in and outs, introduced a title page and amended video run speed to smooth out the action. Burning the finished video to disc and producing the artwork and printing the cover.
Kyle also used studio lighting to produce shots of drinks glasses for a client who hires out bar facilities and whilst the first pictures from the session were a little beyond the brief Kyle took note of the critique and re-shot the pictures to my satisfaction.
Kyle was also able to communicate with another photographer he was introduced to and demonstrated a ready ability to discuss matters photographic at a similar level to the professional.
